Cinder's End
Houses at Lowden/Spanborne Avenues

Before these houses were built, indeed before the two roads joined up, there was a path from here parallel to the railway, ending by the Fish & Chip shop where Sheldon Road joins Lowden Hill. The path was always known as The Cinder Path. What is left ends in Goldney Avenue but is now concrete.
