Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre

The History Centre & Records Office was built during 2005/06. Records moved in during 2007 and the building opened in October 2007. This picture taken miday August 2007. Just look at that sky!

The facility in Cocklebury Road, Chippenham, includes a state of the art facility for the county's and borough's records plus the five other key heritage services; the local studies library, the archaeology service, Wiltshire buildings record, museum service and the conservation service.
